The 3rd Annual Japanese Culture Convention
will take place in Derby on
September 25-26, 2010

What you get

As a runner you get to come to the Saturday convention and to the gig on Sunday for free.

What do I need to do?

You will be working closely with our main team making sure that the convention runs as smooth as possible. You will be working about 5 hours out of the 10 on Saturday then the rest of the time is yours to do with as you please.

What time do I need to be there?

All runners will be at the convention at 7:00am to help traders and the main team setup the convention ready for the ticket holders and at the end of the day, 8:00pm to help traders pack up. Between these to times the runners will be rotated.

How do I apply to be a runner?

Send an e-mail HERE to apply, you will need to include your full name, and answer these two questions:

1. Why do you wish to be a runner?

2. What do you feel a runner does at conventions?

Any runners not pulling their weight on the day will be removed from the convention and will have to pay to get in like anyone else.
